This beer was born from a grain bill for a New England IPA. I added a few roasted malts, and really beefed it up with some dark Candi Syrup, lactose, vanilla beans, and cocoa nibs. A hazy IPA yeast strain further gives this beer some silkiness. A lot of balanced flavors come through of chocolate, vanilla, roast, and coffee. I could only describe it as a dessertbier.
