HOMEBREW BOOTH REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!!!

BJCP COMPETITION REGISTRATION
Competition registration is open beginning July 1st. We will be accepting 100 total entries, and limiting to 2 entries per person, all beer styles welcome.
This year’s BJCP competition has a slight theme to it, Intangibility. To determine the top 3 beers, all beers that score 40+ will enter the Best in Show Round, and the judges will determine which beers have the best intangibles when ranking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall. What does this mean? Some beers that are stylistically perfect could score a 50/50, but may be lacking in intangibility, might not place in the Top 3. Some beers that might miss the mark on the style presented, but is intangibly a fantastic beer, will get closer looks for the Top 3.
You can register by visiting Brewstock Homebrew Supplies, or email oliver@brewstock.com.

ENTRY COSTS
Entry costs will be $10/entry for each beer submitted to the BJCP competition.

BEER COLLECTION
Beers will be accepted in person or via shipment to Brewstock 1300 S Broad Ave STE A NOLA 70125.
Entries will be accepted any time between July 1st and September 9th, no later.
Please submit at least 36 fl oz of beer per entry and at least 2 bottles worth.
We will not accept a single 32 oz growler/flip top, nor a single 64 oz growler.
You may provide 3 x 12 oz bottles, 2 x 22 oz bottles, or 2 x 32oz growlers/flip tops for entry.
Please make sure all bottles are blank and have a non identifying cap or closure.
We’ll collect your beer, label it for you, and it will get judged.

JUDGING
This will be an officially sanctioned BJCP competition.
All BJCP styles are welcome.
All beers will get judged and receive a score out of 50.
Any beer that scores a 40 or higher will advance into the Finals / Best In Show Round.
During the Finals, all judges will collectively review each finalist, validate first round scores, and choose the best three of the bunch based on their intangible factor.
We will announce the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners near the close of the festival.
Note: scoresheet has been confirmed compliant for MHP!
