Parleaux Beer Lab: Czuck Pils

Brew Like The Pros continues rolling along! Brewstock are Big Easy Homebrewers Club are stoked to partner with Parleaux Beer Lab and their beer, Czuck Pils, for the next Clone Competition.

Here’s how it works.
You can use any information on the planet, do any research that you can, and brew as many times as you want to come up with the perfect clone beer to Parleaux’s Czuck Pils.
Once you clone it, bring your beer and your recipe to Brewstock, and we’ll judge it in the days before the event.

We’ll pick 2 winners.
One winner will be whose beer tastes the closest to the real thing, regardless of recipe.
One winner will be whose recipe is closest on paper, regardless of taste.

The big reveal.
Come hang out at Parleaux Beer Lab on Thursday June 20 at 7:00PM to see whose beer won, and talk to the pros about how they do it.

Big Easy Homebrewers Club’s March meeting will be the official beer share for the Brew Like the Pros Competition!!! Unfortunately the ATC does not allow us to bring homebrew on the premise at Zony Mash… SO… If you want to share your homebrewed Makin Groceries Clones, check out the BEH Club Meeting at NOLA Brewery on Thursday March 21st at 7PM https://www.bigeasyhomebrewers.com/events

There you’ll get to share and compare entries and talk about what makes a great IPA. Final entries are due at Brewstock the following day, March 22nd. Presentation with the brewers at Zony Mash is on March 28th.

Brewstock thanks Daniel from BEH and is proud to partner with the Big Easy Homebrew Club in introducing a new competition with collaborating breweries around New Orleans, and we are starting with the popular Makin’ Groceries Session IPA from our neighbors at Zony Mash.
